My Story

Dr. Christopher Benitez, D.C. — Awakened Chiropractic

Dr. Christopher Benitez, D.C.

Dr. Christopher Benitez, D.C., started his journey in 2009 when he went to his first chiropractor at the age of 18. At this point in his life, he had been suffering from upper and mid-back pain for six years without any answers.

At first, he was getting relief from chiropractic care, but he had to go through three chiropractors before finding the real solution in 2013. It was then that he learned his spine was curving in different directions—something he had never heard before—thanks to a chiropractor who took x-rays and explained why he had been hurting.

After learning about the spine, he began to understand how the structure and position of the spine directly determined the health of a patient. Experiencing firsthand the relief and answers chiropractic care provided inspired him to pursue a career dedicated to helping others find solutions to their pain and improve their quality of life.

Education & Credentials

He began his academic journey in 2010 at Tarrant County College, where he earned both an Associate of Science and an Associate of Arts in December 2013.

With a strong commitment to health sciences and patient care, he advanced his studies at Parker University.

In April 2017, Dr. Benitez graduated from Parker University with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, as well as dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Health and Wellness and in Anatomy.

Today, Dr. Benitez utilizes his extensive training to provide evidence-based chiropractic care, focusing on improving mobility, alleviating pain, and enhancing overall wellness. His mission is to empower patients to achieve healthier, more active lives through personalized care and education.
